- Seller will be contacted by Buyer via e-mail form on the site. Seller is responsible for responding to the Buyer.
- There is no cost to the Seller to add a listing or Buyer to contact Seller.
- Seller is responsible to provide truthful and accurate listings of their items listed for sale.
- Photos of the items for sale must accurately represent the items (no stock catalog photos or photos from other sources).
- Seller contact information is hidden from the Buyer on the site to protect privacy.
- The HEB Suzuki Strings Booster Club will not negotiate prices, provide guarantees for the listed items, or work as an intermediator between the Buyer and Seller. Buyer is encouraged to seek teacher approval before purchasing any instrument.
- Buyer and Seller will make all payment, shipping, and collection arrangements.
- Items may be removed at any time from the site without prior consent of Seller. Seller will be notified by e-mail of the removal.
- The HEB Suzuki Strings Booster Club reserves the right to refuse any item submitted.
